Free returns within 21 days
Changed your mind? You can send back anything you bought at Bezza within 21 days of delivery. Return shipping is free: we email you a prepaid label, and there are no restocking or handling fees.
What can be returned
- Pieces that are unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- With all their original tags attached
- Final sale items can't be returned
How to start a return
- Open your orders in our returns portal within 21 days of delivery.
- Choose the pieces you're sending back. We'll email you a prepaid return label.
- Pack the pieces in their original packaging and drop the parcel off.
Your refund
Once your return arrives, we inspect it and refund you in full to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days after we receive it. You can also choose an exchange or store credit.
