What does Route Package Protection cover?
It covers online purchases that are lost or damaged in transit, or marked delivered but not received, when tracked through Route. Coverage goes up to $5,000 per package or shipment.
When should I file a claim with Route?
For delivered packages, file between 5 and 30 days after the delivery date. For packages presumed lost, file after 7 days from the last checkpoint for domestic shipments or 20 days for international, and before 30 days from that checkpoint.
How do I add Route Package Protection to my order?
